My journey in the beauty industry began over a decade ago. From 2012 to 2014, I honed my craft at the prestigious Mozhgan Dadfar Salon. In 2014, I joined Chilay Salon, where I spent 10 transformative years elevating my skills, mastering global trends, and attending three advanced masterclasses in Istanbul and Dubai.

Driven by passion, I started from scratch—hustling with a single client a day, running local ads, and building my presence on Instagram. Through relentless dedication, I pioneered specialized Ombré and Balayage techniques in Iran, becoming widely recognized by my signature brand: Niloofar, the Hair Color Specialist.

Today, my brand has evolved into a powerhouse. I manage a luxury, 550-square-meter mega-salon spanning two floors in Tehran’s most prestigious neighborhood, offering full-service beauty experiences powered by a talented team of 40 in-house professionals and 10 external experts.

As a digital influencer with millions of views across social media, I have had the privilege of styling top-tier Iranian influencers and celebrities worldwide—spanning Tehran, Istanbul, and Dubai. What started with one client a day has grown into a bustling reality of over 30 premium clients daily, all seeking the gold standard in hair artistry.
